how to register for the course?

Read the School Catalog.

Fill-out and sign your enrollment agreement. Double check that you specified which payment plan you'd like to use throughout the term. Students who do not choose a payment plan on their enrollment agreement will at default be selected for Payment Plan 1.

Students must be at least 18 years of age or higher at the commencement of the course.

In addition, make a copy or take a clear and legible picture of your identification documents:

  • Required: A valid driver's license

  • Required: A high school diploma

  • Optional: Instead of submitting a valid driver's license, you may submit a birth certificate, a passport or a valid state issued ID card.

  • Optional: Instead of submitting a high school diploma, you may submit an (unofficial) high school transcript or G.E.D. Certificate. If absolutely necessary, you may alternatively submit your university or community college (unofficial) transcripts. Before doing so, consult the Administrative Assistant to seek approval.

Submit your enrollment agreement and identification documents by emailing or by physically mailing it to our Administrative Office in Springfield, OR. You may also fax it to our Administrative Office.

STEP 5 (only for Pharmacy Technician Course students)

Oregon State Board of Pharmacy. If you have any questions, contact our Pharmacy instructors for assistance.

Once documents are received, the Administrative Assistant will send you an invoice via email. To confirm enrollment and to ensure a seat in the class, you must pay a minimum payment of $250.00 ($275.00 depending on payment plan chosen).

Once the invoice is paid off, the Administrative Assistant will send you an enrollment confirmation email to confirm your seat in the class!
