The School Catalog contains information about Oregon Medical Training's programs, payment plans, policies, enrollment requirements, and tuition costs. We recommend that students interested in our programs read through this carefully as it is also a requirement to review prior to enrolling.
The Student Request Application is for students interested in either transferring to another academic term or class, or permanently terminating their enrollment to receive a refund based on eligibility. Students may use this application for alternative requests (must be approved by Administrative Assistant).
You can't reach us? The Administrative Office is closed? Students have the option to submit a contact submission to the Administrative Assistant. It will be sent directly to the Administrative Assistant's email and you can expect a reply back in 1-3 days.
Need help registering? Want a quick tour? The Administrative Office is only open by appointment due to COVID-19.
Students may schedule an Orientation Workshop appointment on the Administrative Assistant's online scheduling software. The calendar automatically shows availability time slots, which allows students to match their availability with the Administrative Assistant's. Pick a day and time it will automatically be scheduled to the student's calendar. All members are required to wear face coverings and will receive a temperature check before entering the building.
