Basic Phlebotomy Course
This course is designed to prepare the student for a career as a phlebotomist (also called a Lab Assistant). Our course is designed to prepare the student for the NHA certification exam. The NHA certification is not required for this course and requires a separate fee (paid to the NHA).
This course is offered at both our Bend and Eugene Locations
- Classes are Mon, Tues, and Thurs 6 pm until 9 pm
- Class schedules are handed out on the first day of class
- Classes are split between lectures and laboratory excercises
- Students will practice phlebotomy techniques on one another in class
Tuition and Fees
Tuition: $1350 Supply Fee: $150 Registration: $100
Total Cost: $1600
The registration and supply fees are due at the time of registration and the registration fee is non-refundable after five days. Students are responsible for purchasing their own textbook: Phlebotomy Handbook: Blood Specimen Collection from Basic to Advanced (8th Edition) (also on Amazon.com)
Payment Plans
- Payment Plan 1: Pay now in full ($1600)
- Payment Plan 2: Pay half now ($800) and the other half ($800) by the end of the first week of class
- Payment Plan 3: Pay Registration and Supply fees now ($250) and the remainder ($1350) by the end of the first week of class.
Enrollment for Fall 2010 (September 2nd to November 23rd)
This course is offered at both our Springfield and Bend classrooms. In order to register please complete the following steps:
- Read through and complete the Phlebotomy Course Enrollment Agreement. A copy of this form should be printed for your records.
- Read through the Phlebotomy Student Handbook, which contains course policies you should be aware of before signing up for the class. A copy of this form should be printed for your records.
- Submit the enrollment agreement to our Springfield office through fax, mail, or in person:

EKG Technician Course
This class is offered at our Springfield classroom only.
This course prepares students for a career as an EKG Technician.
The course is designed to prepare the student for the NHA
certification exam. The NHA certification is not required for
this course and requires a separate fee (paid to the NHA).
Classes are split between classroom time and online coursework
- In the classroom: every Wednesday from 6 PM to 9:30 PM
- Online: two course assignments/week
Tuition and Fees
Tuition: $1150, Registration Fee: $100, Supply Fee: $150.
Total Cost: $1400
The registration and supply fees are due at the time of registration and the registration fee is non-refundable after five days. Students are responsible for purchasing their own textbooks: EKG Plain and Simple (2nd Edition) (also on Amazon.com)
and Rapid Interpretation of EKGs.
